Online order overview

When a customer finalises their online purchase they are redirected to the online order overview. A link to this page is also included in the confirmation email and can be included in most other email templates. Both online purchase and Box Office purchases have an online order overview.

Show seats

Click View seats to open the hall view. The seats from the order will be blacked out and if available the 360 view of the seats can be viewed.

The button will not be available if the numbered seating view of the event is set to no hall view mode.

Download tickets

PDF ticket

Click Download Tickets to download all tickets in the order in one PDF file.

Mobile ticket

To download mobile tickets (Google or Apple Wallet), click Add to wallet and add each ticket one at a time by pressing each ticket's box. Once a ticket has been downloaded to the wallet the icon on the right changes to a tick.

Other items

When the button says Download (rather than download tickets) it means there are other items available to be downloaded. Which could be product vouchers, gift cards and/or membership tickets.

Non ticket items can only be downloaded as PDF files.

Recommended events

If activated on workgroup level the online order overview will show recommended events. The events shown as recommended are based on events that other people also bought tickets to.

Change date

If configured in the workgroup, the customers can exchange their tickets to another show themselves from the online order overview. The overview shows how many times the tickets have already been exchanged, if there is a fee connected to exchanging the tickets and if the customer has any free exchanges left. Click on Change tickets to move all tickets from one event to another.

It is NOT possible to move a selection of tickets to another event.

Add products

If there are products connected to an event they can also be bought after finalising the purchase. The online order overview can include a button to add event related products afterwards. The customer will be redirected to a buying process for products where they can add desired products and finalise the purchase. The products will be added to the same order number.

Unique name on tickets

It is possible to activate a setting that all tickets bought for an event need a unique customer name / email address / mobile number connected to it. This must be added from the online order overview before it is possible to download the tickets. When the customer ticks the Send email box the ticket is automatically sent to the other person.

Ticket forwarding

Under the ticket download buttons the option to forward tickets can be found.

Select which tickets to forward, fill out an email address and click Send. It is also possible to either just download the selected ticket(s) or to copy a link that will lead to a download of the tickets. Once you click send, the recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to download the tickets. Afterwards a green envelope will appear indicating the ticket has been forwarded and by hovering over the icon you can see which email the ticket was sent to.
