Season
All event dates are connected to a season in Tixly, a season can be used to filter out events in various reports, and the rules for changing dates online are set on season level. Online exchanges can only be made for event dates that belong to the same season.
Add season
To add a new season, navigate to Administration > Seasons and click Add season in the upper right corner.
Information
Name
- The name of the season. This could e.g. be Season 2022 or Season 22-23.
Organisation
- Which Organisation does the season belong to.
Season
- The start and end date of the season.
Prior season
- If there have been prior seasons, this is used for subscription renewals.
Permissions
- Choose if there are any Permissions that should belong to this season, the permissions connected here will automatically be added to all event dates connected to the season.
Allow change
Tixly can allow customers to exchange their tickets online, the rules connected to those online exchanges are set on season level.
