Customer Lists

The system provides various customer lists, including customers for events, customers in subscriptions, customers in special offers, and more. These lists are accessible through different reports in the reporting module. In this article, we will guide you on where to find each type of customer list.

As soon as one of the customers in the customer list has a date of birth in their account, the statistic in the middle will show customers by age instead of the heat map.

Customer Report

The Customer Report is the main report for viewing customer information. The report can be accessed via Reporting > Customers > Sales or via the statistics table in the hall view. The report is generated based on events selected using the event filter. Multiple events can be included, but keep in mind that the more events selected, the larger the dataset, and the longer it may take to generate the report.

The table includes many columns, and depending on your screen size, some columns may be hidden. To view these, click the blue plus icon on the left side of a row to expand it. The Columns filter allows you to select which columns should be included in the view, all columns will be included when exporting the report.

The report can also be generated as different Report types.

  1. Sold tickets

    1. Includes all sold orders.
  2. Reserved tickets

    1. Includes all reserved orders.
  3. All tickets

    1. Includes sold and reserved orders.
  4. Not printed tickets

    1. Includes all orders containing tickets that have not yet been printed using a thermal printer.
  5. Invitation

  6. Deleted tickets

    1. Includes all the deleted tickets and the refund methods.
  7. Customer & Seat info

  8. Reserved seat info

The report shows all ticket types (both regular and subscription).

Subscription Customers

The output of the report is similar to the regular customer list but only includes customers from the selected subscriptions. It can be found in the reporting module under Reporting > Subscriptions > Customers.

You can quickly select all subscriptions within a season by selecting the season first, all subscriptions within that season will automatically be selected under Subscriptions.

Like the regular customer list, it can be generated as different types: Sold, Reserved, Not printed, Customer & seat info but also Fixed subscription seat info. The fixed subscription report will show what seat the customer had before changes have been made. The report is commonly used for renewals.

Special Offer Customers

The output of the report is similar to the regular customer list but only includes customers from the selected special offer(s). It can be found in the reporting module under Reporting > Special Offer > Customers. The event filter allows you to only include specific events in the report.

Customer Tags

Via Reporting > Customers > Tags you can generate a customer list based on if a customer has a specific customer tag. The report includes all customer information, when the customer got the tag and if applicable when the tag expires. When multiple customer tags are selected, the report will show one row per customer for each tag.

Product Customers

Customers that have bought products are shown in the Product Sales report, found under Reporting > Product Sales.
