Organisation Settlement

The Organisation Settlement report can be used to settle sales between different organisations and displays all the orders and revenue that are done by one organisation for another organisation.

Settings and report

To withdraw a organisation settlement report, go to Administration > Reports > Organisation Settlement.

The user that belongs to an organisation should have access to only that organisation for the organisation settlement report to show correctly.

When logged in as a user who has access to the default organisation, the Cashier Report will show all users within all organisations, but not the sales done online at the different organisations.

This report will split into Sales for other organisations and Sales in favour of current organisation.
The report shows the following information per item (tickets, giftcards, products, etc.):

  • Event name
  • Event start date
  • Organisation that owns the event
  • User that sold or refunded the item(s)
  • Number of items sold or refunded
  • Revenue per event

The report also shows online sales that have taken place using the online buying flow of the organisation that doesn't own the event.

Default organisation

To streamline your financial processes as a default organisation selling on behalf of others, there are two effective methods to manage settlements. The approach depends on the number of organisations involved and the volume of orders.

Cashier Report:

Begin by generating a Cashier Report as your user for the desired period. This report captures all sales made by users belonging to any organisation, excluding online sales. To identify online sales, generate a daily sales report specifically for web users (e.g., Tix.no, Tix.fi, Tix.uk, Tix.nl, Tix.be, Tix.se, Tix.dk, and Tix Jobs). This report reflects the revenue from online transactions processed through your merchant account, representing your organisation’s online sales. Since the daily sales report includes all users, excluding other organisations' online merchants, you can use it to identify payment types relevant to your organisation.

Organisation Settlement Report:

Generate an Organisation Settlement Report to determine the total amount sold on behalf of other organisations. For multiple organisations, log in as a user connected to the specific organisation you need to settle. This report will show the transactions labeled as sales for other organisations, representing sales made on behalf of the organisation in question. Use this data to identify and process the payouts accurately for each organisation.

Other organisation

To organise your finances effectively as an organisation with others selling on your behalf, the Organisation Settlement Report provides an overview of the sales made by others.

Cashier Report:

Start by generating a Cashier Report as your user for the relevant period. This report includes all sales made by users associated with your organisation, including your own online sales. Generate a daily sales report specifically for web users (e.g., Tix.no, Tix.fi, Tix.uk, Tix.nl, Tix.be, Tix.se, Tix.dk, and Tix Jobs). This report reflects the revenue from online transactions processed through your merchant account, representing your organisation’s online sales. The daily sales report also details the payment types and the dates when orders were placed.

Organisation Settlement Report:

Generate an Organisation Settlement Report to see how much other organisations have sold on your behalf. This report will show the transactions labeled as sales in favour of current organisation, representing the total sales made for your organisation, including service fees. Use this data to identify and process the payouts accurately for each organisation.

To see the revenue for your own events the Event Overview Report can be used. If you need to identify who has made sales for each event group or individual events, the Daily Sales Report can be helpful, which will give you an overview of the events or event groups you have selected. This report will also show which organisation has sold to the different events.
