Product Sales

The report can include orders that are sold, reserved or both.

By sale dates

The date range selected under Date represents the transaction period. It will display all products that were sold within the specified date range. This report will also include products that are not connected to an event.

By event dates

The date range selected under Date looks at when an event took place. It will display all events taking place within the specified date range. This report will only include event connected products.

By event dates - simple

Similar to the By Event Dates report, but with fewer columns, this format is commonly used by restaurants to get a list of customers and details about the upsells they have purchased.

The customer list can be filtered by selecting a specific event from the event list or by using the search field on the right. Only events included in the report will be displayed in the list.

By event dates - seat info

Includes the same information as the By Event Dates (simple) report, but with an added column that includes section and seat information.
