Gift card report

To generate a Gift Card Report navigate to Reporting > Gift cards.

1. Date

   1. Select the date or date rage that should be included in the report. 

2. Gift card status (date)

   1. Select which date you wish to see the status of the gift cards for. The status will show how many gift cards and the remainder of those that were active on that specific date. 

3. Group

   1. Choose which Gift card group(s) should be included in the report. If none are selected, all gift cards groups will be included. 

This report includes all gift card information within a specified date range. 

• The green box displays the total value of sold gift cards. The first table provides an overview of all orders, including customer and gift card details. The order number in the first column is the order that includes the gift card. 

  This box shows sold minus deleted gift cards. For example, if you have sold 10 gift cards of 200 pounds and cancel 2 for 200 pounds, this box will show 8 gift cards and a total amount of 1.600 pounds. Cancelled gift cards will be shown in the report if they are cancelled in the period, even though they have been purchased before the period.

• The red box displays the total value of used gift cards. The second table provides an overview of all gift cards that were used, the amount that was used and when the gift card was used. The order number in the first column is the oder the gift cards was used on. 
• The yellow box displays the total value of expired gift cards. The third table provides an overview of all gift cards that expired, the remainder on the gift card and when the gift card expired. The order number in the first column is the order that includes the gift card, the order will be included in the past events overview of the customer card. 
• The blue box displays the total value of all unused gift cards. The date provided in the gift card status (date) filter is connected to the blue box and makes it possible to check the status in the past and future, taking into account the expiry date. Clicking on the blue box opens a list of all unused gift cards, allowing you to contact customers who still have an active gift card.
