Sell subscriptions
Available subscriptions are shown at the top of the Sales Dashboard. Each subscription is shown with a coloured icon, name and event specifications.
Fixed (same seat) subscription
To sell a subscription, click on the subscription row on the Sales Dashboard and select seats in the hall view. In the case of a same seat subscription in the same hall, the customer will get the same seat for all events in the subscription. When the subscription is same seat but with multiple halls, a seat has to be selected for each hall. the number behind the hall name at the top shows how many events take place in that specific hall. Ticket type selection and other choices follow the same procedure as ticket sales.
Select seats one event at a time
If you press the arrows symbol in the top right corner of the hall view, the events will be split and you will have to select seats for each event individually. Click through the tabs at the top to select seats for each event. The grey dot in front of the event name indicates no seats have been selected yet and the green dot indicates seats have been selected.
It is not possible to merge the events again when they have been split.
Flexible subscription
Click on the subscription on the Sales Dashboard. All available events will be shown in a pop-up list. Pick the desired events by ticking the box to the left, any required events will be preselected. When the subscription rules are met (e.g. must choose more than x amount of events) a blue Submit button will be visible at the bottom. Click that to continue into seat selection.
The hall view will be shown for the first event in the subscription and you must select seats for each of the events, one at a time. At the top, the included events will be shown and the dots in front of the event name will indicate if seats have been selected or not. Ticket type selection and other choices follow the same procedure as ticket sales.
