Sell gift card
To sell a gift card, navigate to the Sales Dashboard and click the Gift card button or use the shortcut ctrl + shift + G.
In the sales mode, first enter the value (amount) of the gift card and select how many you wish to sell or reserve. Then press Sell / Reserve and follow the steps to add a customer and take payment. Gift cards can also be sold using the quick sell button, where no customer is connected to the order and a print is immediately initiated after the sale. 
Change expiry date

It's possible to change the expiry date on a reserved gift card once it is connected to a customer card. To do so mark the gift card within the order and a box with the expiry dat will appear. Enter the new expiry date and click GO to save.
Sold order
It's also possible to extend the expiration date on a sold gift card, mark the gift card and click Actions - Extend Gift Card, set the new desired expiration date and click Save.
Redeem gift card
A sold gift card can be used as a full or partial payment of an order and multiple gift cards can be used on a single order. Enter the number in the Gift card number field under the payment tab and click Get. The value of the gift card will then be deducted from the order amount. If there is an outstanding amount on the order, any other payment method can be used to complete the order. If the gift card has a higher value than the order amount, the remainder will stay on the gift card for future use.
Find gift card
To find a gift card and view detailed information such as remaining balance, expiry date, etc., use the shortcut ctrl + G or navigate to the Sales Dashboard and use the Gift card button and then click Search for gift card in the top right corner. Enter the gift card number and press enter.
Inside the order you can find the gift card number, PIN, remainder, expiry date, which order(s) the gift card has been used for as payment (if any) and the original amount.
It's also possible to delete, print and email the gift card just like regular ticket orders.
