Queue-IT

Queue-IT is a virtual queuing system that can be connected to the buying process for events where high pressure is expected. When the customer navigates to the buying process they are redirected to a queue and are then let in when it is their turn. Customers are then admitted into the buying process according to set criteria. This is done to prevent overload of the system, and maintains a smooth and stable experience for the customer.

Queues can be set on three different levels: event group, subscription and special offer.

If you want to use Queue-IT, contact your local Tixly Support. They will help set up the queue and will monitor the flow on the day of the on sale.
