Bulk print

It's possible to bulk print or (re)print selected tickets. To access this module click on the printer icon in the Sales Dashboard or replace the last part of your Box Office link with Report/UnprintedTickets

Filter options

  1. Event filter

    1. It's possible to filter orders from a specific promoter, season, event group and event.  
  2. Order dates

    1. Define the order dates of which you would like to print the tickets. Orders which are not in the selected dates will not be displayed.
  3. Organisations

    1. It's possible to print per organisation.
  4. Group by order

    1. If Yes, the complete order is printed with one receipt per order. If NO, a receipt is printed per event in the order. 
  5. Sold in subscription

    1. It's possible to only select tickets that are part of a subscription or to leave out subscription tickets.
  6. Already printed

    1. Possibility to reprint tickets. 
  7. Delivery types

    1. If different delivery types are available you can select the delivery type of the tickets that need to be printed. Only delivery types with the type delivery will be available for printing.
  8. Include all tickets in order

    1. When a specific event is selected this option makes it possible to still print all tickets in an order and not just the single event tickets.

Print options

Under the Print options you can include or exclude product vouchers and set if a receipt needs to be printed.

After configuring all the desired settings, click Run report and a list of all orders matching the filters will appear. 

Click the green Print button on the left to print an individual order or click the Print all button next to the export options to print the full batch. Once an order has been printed it will disappear from the list, unless already printed is set to yes.
