Audit Trail

The audit trail allows you to track modifications made to events, including what was modified, when it was modified, which user made the modification, and whether it was applied to multiple events through bulk editing or not. Modifications made via the Admin API are also included in the audit trail.

To open the audit trail, navigate to Administration > Events > Dates. Find the desired event, click Actions and select Audit Trail.

  1. Modified date

    1. Date the modification was made.
  2. Property

    1. Which field or item was modified. 
  3. Action

    1. Shows if something was added, modified or removed. Tracking does not occur if no modifications are made.
  4. Old value

    1. Displays the value before the modification took place.
  5. New value

    1. Displays the value after the modification has taken place.
  6. Edit type

    1. Shows whether it is a modification for a single event, or a bulk edit, with additional details of the bulk edit under the i.
  7. User

    1. Displays which user made the modification.
