How do you send PDF tickets to a customer from Box Office?

1. Open the order.
2. Select the correct e-mail template.
3. Input a custom text if needed.
4. Press Send mail.
The customer will receive an e-mail with a link to their online receipt page. From this page, they can download the tickets as PDF or mobile ticket.
