Om de barcodelezer van de scanner te laten communiceren met de Tixly Scanner app, moeten er een aantal dingen ingesteld worden in het apparaat.

De handleiding is op dit moment alleen in het Engels beschikbaar.

De instellingen moeten exact overgenomen worden, let dus op punten, hoofdletters, etc.

Find the settings via System > Scanner settings.

1. > Notification

   1. Good read audio mode: None
   2. Turn this off so there will be no 'good read' feedback when the barcode is not actually inputted into the Tixly Scan App). This will avoid confusion, eg the box employee keeps scanning while the barcode is actually not inputted into the Tixly Scan App.

2. > Formatting

   1. Label prefix: None
   2. Label suffix: [LF]
   3. Group separator: [GS] 

3. > Wedge

   1. Enable keyboard wedge: Yes
   2. Keyboard wedge only on focus: No
   3. Keyboard wedge input mode: Key pressure
   4. Enable intent wedge: Yes

4. > Sound & notification

   1. Media volume: Loud
   2. By turning the media volume up, you will hear the feedback sound of the Tixly Scan App better, so you know if the scan was good or not.
