Queue-IT is a virtual queuing system that can be connected to the buying process for events where high pressure is expected. When the customer navigates in to the buying process they are redirected to a queue and are then let in when it is their turn. Customers are then admitted into the buying process according to set criteria, e.g. that there may be a maximum of X number of people at the same time in the seat selector.
This is done to prevent overload of the system and maintain a smooth and stable experience for the customer.
