I get the notification a user already exists

Sometims a user (e.g. a promotor) has to be added and a message appears telling the user already exists, added by one of the theaters in your country.

When somebody already exists it is not possible to add a new user as usually is done. But it is possible to add the person as an ‘external user’ to the events it applies to in the tab ‘Acces rights’.

Add the complete e-mail address to add the external user. The user can log in with the account created by the other theater and will see all events the person has acces to in all theaters.
